The fact that the drum, Khanir the musician carry, he can't be run. He can not benefit from the Ranger skill.

Oppressive Music

Khanir the musician plays of his drum to allow his troops to give the best of it themselves.
So all "friendly" (is it necessary ??) models within a 5 inch radius perfoming a COM roll :

in Unharmed state (white) : earn a extra die
in Severely state (yellow) : 2 white dice roll
in Critic state (red) : 2 yellow dice roll

a model enjoying this purpose, missing a Com roll, will have a penalty die to all COM and REF roll until the end of the turn.

so what's this then? Just sharing or do you need a translation?

Once per turn, during his activation, Adib may designate a member of the cartel of Sabre On Watch or Inactive, if less tan 10 inches, who can immediately accomplish an action which use normally 1 or many AP and which allow to interact on an objective (take a post, activate a machine, ...) This power is useless on a character

Once per turn, he can be kept by any member of the cartel of Sabre, following the usual rules of Guard Skill

Inspiring Music (because he is inspiring his allies, NOT oppressing his enemies)
Khanir plays his drum to inspire his troops to give their best. When a friendly model within 5 inches performs a COM roll:

in Unscathed state (white): roll a bonus die
in Grave state (yellow): roll 2 white dice instead of yellow
in Critical state (red): roll 2 yellow dice instead of red

A model affected by Inspiring Music that misses a Com roll, will have a penalty die to all further COM and REF rolls until the end of the turn.

Adib Ibn Khalid, the Paymaster

Once per turn, during his activation, Adib may designate an On Watch or Inactive member of the Cartel of the Sword within 10 inches. The designated model can immediately perform an action which costs 1 or more AP to interact with an objective (such as take a post, activate a machine, ...) This power can't be used on character objectives.

Paymaster
Once per turn, Abib can be protected by any member of the Cartel of the Sword, following the usual rules of the Guard Skill.

(you can use Cartel of the Saber if you like that better)

This is pretty cool. She can activate to get into contact with an opponent, attack, then use Master CC to attack again, then Ravage to attack a third time. WOW!

it's not really a third attack, the ennemy loses 1 AP

The "attack" term is inappropriate. Actually he disturbs the enemy, that make him lose an AP.
